The Montego Bay Yacht Club is at again in September where for over 50 years organizers have successfully stage the marlin fishing tournament. The tournament will maintain the 'tag and release' format, Taylor said, and marlin weighing less than 150lbs will be tagged and released into the ocean in a bid to prevent overfishing of the species. Each boat will also be equipped with cameras to record the marlin that will be released in order to prevent any floating of the rules.
For over two decades the Heart Foundation of Jamaica have been staging there annual Wine and Food Festival in Kingston. Since its inception it has been held at many different venues but kept on out growing them. There are display booths, show cooking presentation, fine assortment of wines and an evening of amazing culinary offerings where guests will be able to indulge in a delectable array of menu offerings prepared by ethnic chefs.
