Boston Beach Portland Jamaica is one of the country’s favorite waterfront spots. Situated on the North Eastern side of the island is a Jamaican landmark. Boston Beach is known for its jerk delicacies which has become a phenomenal with both locals and visitors alike. The famous Portland Jerk festival was staged here for the first two years with great success, in fact Boston Beach served was the launching pod which propelled the now famous local event into one of the country’s most celebrated annual activities

Boston beach is located in a convenient place close to many captivating natural attractions. Rafting on the Rio Grande River, Jamaica’s tallest Mountains and home to the world’s most expensive coffee are just two of the attractions in close proximity. Rio Grande is said to be the first to established rafting in Jamaica on the beautiful gorge which runs below the Blue and John Crow Mountains.

We all know that Jamaican jerk has become famous around the world, but what has not been told often enough is that the best Jerk is at Boston Beach in Portland. There is no denial that the golden granite sand and calm waters make it into one of Jamaica’s best beaches.
