Fishing and Farming are the two main businesses that thrive in St. Elizabeth. In and around Treasure Beach Jamaica you will find many farms along the roadways despite the limited amount of rainfall that Treasure beach Jamaica receives. However the farmers managed to produce more fruits and vegetables than other areas in Jamaica that experience more frequent showers of rain.
Treasure Beach Jamaica is surely one of the islands best kept secret. Just like the name suggests it is a true gem of the Island. This small laid back community is comprised of four separate bays all of which are truly unique. Treasure Beach Jamaica is located in St. Elizabeth which is the food source (‘bread basket’) of the country which produces about 80 percent of the island’s food production.
The four bay areas of Treasure Beach are the Billy's Bay here you can relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere in tranquility. The Frenchman’s Bay is equally as pleasant children find this bay the most enjoyable. The Great Pedro Bay is where you can get closer and see the fishermen of Treasure Beach Jamaicans doing what they do best.  The Calabash Bay is more isolated you can have an entire beach just for yourself.
Treasure beach Jamaica is noticeably different from other beaches. Situated on the south coast it gets the least amount of rainfall on the island. The terrain is flat and acrid which facilitates growth of a variety of cacti and other plants that relish in these conditions.
The people in Treasure Beach Jamaica are the warmest you will ever find. The fruits are mouthwatering and the cuisine is just awesome as almost all the ingredients are fresh from the farm. Treasure Beach Jamaica is yet to be spoiled by industrialized tourism, the pristine beaches are not crowded and the weather is mainly sunny.
