Jamaican Curry Goat Recipe

2 lbs goat meat
1 tbsp meat seasoning
2 tbsp curry powder
Salt and Black Pepper
1 cube salt-free vegetable bouillon
2 peg Garlic crushed
1 onion sliced
Escallion
Thyme
˝ once oil

Cut meat into bite-size and wash
Add meat seasoning, curry powder, salt and black pepper and 2 spoon of the oil and rub
evenly into the meat, should be left to marinate for at least 1 hour.
Add oil to wide enough fry pan over medium heat and when hot add the meat all at once. (Do not cover)
Stir frequently for about 15 minutes ( or until meat gets to that nice color and seems ready to eat
Place the meat into a pressure cooker add enough water make it about 3 inches above the meat.
Pressure cook for about 15 minutes, check for tenderness.
When tender enough remove from the pressure cooker place it into a pot with cover, add the rest of the ingredients and season to taste.
(Vegetable bouillon, thyme, scallion, onion, crushed garlic, black pepper and more salt if needed). Cover and simmer over medium flames.
For thickness of the sauce a little bread crumb will do but that is completely optional.
