Jamaican Oxtail Recipe
2 lbs oxtail
1 tbsp browning
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp meat seasoning
Salt free vegetable bouillon
Onion crushed
Garlic diced
Thyme
Escallion sliced
Salt and Black pepper
Oil
Broad beans (Optional)
Add meat seasoning, browning, 1 tbsp soy sauce salt and black pepper to oxtail and marinate for not less than a hour(season to taste).
In a frying pan add oil and brown oxtail evenly…until it get to that rich dark color not charred.
Add meat to pressure cooker with adequate water (just above the meat) and pressure cook for approximately 20 minutes
or until tender.
Add the rest of ingredients and cook to taste while the water reduce to a nice sauce.
If you are using canned broad beans, drain the water from them and add about 5 minutes to end. ENJOY!!
