2 lbs cow foot
1 tbsp browning
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp meat seasoning
Salt free vegetable bouillon
1 tbsp Walker's Wood Jerk Sauce (optional)
Onion diced
Garlic crushed
Sprig of Thyme
2 stalks Escallion sliced
Salt and Black pepper
Oil
1 can butter beans
2 Carrots sliced
Add meat seasoning, browning, 1 tbsp soy sauce salt and black pepper cow foot and marinate for not less than a hour (season to taste).
In a frying pan add oil and brown cow foot evenly until it reached to that rich dark color not charred.
Add meat to pressure cooker with adequate water (just above the meat) and pressure cook for approximately 20 minutes
or until tender.
Add the rest of ingredients to include the jerk sauce and cook to taste while the water reduce to a nice thick sauce.
Drain canned broad beans, add about 5 minutes to end and avoid stirring too much as to keep the bean whole.... ENJOY!!
